Yindyamarra was utilised by chieftains and traditional healers to guide the Wiradjuri people in managing their life outcomes, especially related to mental, physical and spiritual health.
Bringing back the use of Yindyamarra in the health space not only for First Nations but all peoples, will allow cultural connection and empowerment for positive and productive decisions to be made around their health and well-being.
